In India, a site called IPaidABribe.com asks citizens who have been forced to pay a bribe to record it on the site, anonymously if they wish. In fact, they can also report incidents in which they have refused to pay a bribe, or even when they have not had to pay a bribe — and they want to praise an honest public servant.
