Saturday morning, a rental car was broken into. Incident seen by CBW member and subsequently suspect chased away.Saturday morning approximately 7:50am black male, bold, dark long sleeve t-shirt, blue jeans, white sneakers broke into a rental car in Theresa Road.
Incident was seen by Camps Bay Watch member, who then subsequently chased the suspect through Barbara Road and Susan Avenue where he eventually lost him.
Suspect was recognized later and seen leaving Camps Bay in a taxi.
Stolen goods worth 40,000 Rand:
It is advised not to leave any valuables in your car.
