Camps Bay Neighbourhood - Up To Date
Public Meeting
Camps Bay Watch will be holding a public meeting on Monday 13th July 6.30pm at the Rotunda. The purpose of the meeting is to give you a full crime update and also to give you feedback on the crime fighting plan that we have agreed to implement with the City of Cape Town. (including how we propose to handle the problematic "car guards")
We will also give you a progress report on the Camps Bay Community Security Initiative and we will be happy to field your questions. We will provide feedback on the progress of the organised crime unit's investigation into the Momadi gang and also the gang of Ovambo's and Angolan's arrested in April after the crimes in Hely Hutchinson Avenue. We believe that they may well be linked to other violent crimes in Camps Bay.

Thank you - Ian, Simon and Bernard. Thank you for a very informative meeting yesterday evening. More importantly, thank you for your tireless work in ensuring the success of both CBW and CBCSI. It is truly appreciated.
