This document is a signed copy of the Community Police Forum constitution that laid the foundation for functional coherence in Community Policing.

This blueprint - a first in the country - for Community Policing, therefore heralds a new chapter in the Community - Polie relationships by creating uniformity of best practies and regulating bad practice.
